With over 22 published issues, Ohio University’s online magazine – Thread, has caught the attention of many. Holding weekly meetings, Threadies collaborate to produce a top-notch fashion and beauty magazine. There are many different positions in Thread: writers, photographers, stylists, and a public relations team that all work towards one goal: to make every issue the best possible.
Thread also consists of multiple different sections in every issue such as seams, DIY, who-what-where, spotlight style, back of the closet, and in good fashion. Sophia Ciancone, junior journalism major at Ohio University, explains what Thread is in her own words. Sophia says, “You don’t necessarily have to be a fashionable person, or even have an awesome sense of fashion.
